===== Exterior ===== This detached villa in the Tuscan hills has a wonderful view of the lake of Montepulciano. Immersed in a landscape rich in contrasts, atmospheres, sounds and colours, it embraces elegance. Its location allows you to reach all the main tourist destinations: Siena 60 minutes away or visit the smaller villages on Lake Trasimeno such as Castiglion del lago and Tuscan towns such as Cortona, Montepulciano, Chianciano Terme. The outdoor spaces are characterised by a large lawned garden. There is a beautiful swimming pool (72sqm) and barbecue area. Access to the property is via 1.5 kilometres of dirt road passable by any car. Parking is available on site. ===== Interior ===== The main villa is arranged on two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with a fireplace and another area with sofas for reading and TV and a table for dining inside. From the living room there is access to a panoramic outdoor area for outdoor dining. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower complete the ground floor. An internal staircase leads to the first floor where the sleeping quarters are located, these are two flats connected to the ground floor but with the possibility of an independent entrance from the garden, comprising 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large external balcony for two of the double bedrooms.
