As you arrive at this luxury villas entrance with a tranquil waterfall setting the tone for your visit you'll be welcomed into a living room furnished with designs from Minotti, FlexForm, Baltus and other internationally acclaimed designers. The villa boasts an award winning contemporary art collection that showcases some of Jamaicas artists including Hank Willis Thomas, Vik Muniz Charles Gaines Roy Lichtenstein Tony Oursler Brian Calvin Paulina Olowska, among others.
Formal dining, located next, to the living room offers a view of the sea while enjoying meals made with fresh produce from the villas organic herb and vegetable garden. A little further is a veranda, furnished with comfortable outdoor dining area and a large lounge. The pool deck features Tidelli seating for up to 20 people surrounding a sized heated salt water swimming pool. On one end of the pool there is a bar equipped with a TV and sound system.

Downstairs on the pool level you'll find an entertainment room that includes foosball, ping pong, various games and a flat screen TV. Additionally there is also a equipped gym spanning 800 square feet. The main level of this property boasts five bedrooms; four of them are master suites while one serves as the guest suite. Each bedroom is furnished with king beds. Has its own private en suite bathroom featuring walk in showers and double basin vanities. Three of these bathrooms are even equipped with soaking tubs. Provide access to private balconies. Moreover, one of the bedrooms can easily be converted into your cozy office or workspace.

For privacy you'll find a master suite located on the terrace level, by the pool. The suite, on the ground floor is equipped with a bed a bathroom that has a walk in shower and it also has access to its own patio and the deck by the pool. On the floor above the level there are two more bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms has beds that can be arranged as king size beds upon request. Additionally both bedrooms have their bathrooms with vanities and spacious walk in showers. If desired guests can also book an cottage that has two bedrooms. This lovely cottage features a sitting room, with a bar and opens up to a spacious terrace where you'll find an infinity pool and fire pit.
