There you find yourself surrounded by native landscaping frequented by wildlife as you approach the Villa. A courtyard entry greets you and provides access to the Villa. Or you can continue through the garden pathway to an outdoor shower to wash sand off your surfboard or shoes on your way to the pool deck. Inside you’ll find the great room living/dining/kitchen opens fully with a 25’ glass wall with screens to the views and strong connection to the terrace.  A meticulously conceived spacious chef’s kitchen is there for your entertaining pleasure including thoughtful details such as a bar sink/area that are clear of the path of the chef. The central dining table can seat ten with ease and can expand to 12 with the addition of the desk in the foyer.  The peninsula provides a great space to come together or plug in for your remote work if one of the three private desks are too isolated. 

The second floor provides two bedrooms with queen size beds and adjacent bathrooms. Central to this level, is a relaxation or play area with a pull-out bed that can sleep two or provide a place to recreate with the smart tv. All three second floor areas open to an expansive covered deck with floor to ceiling glass doors.

As you ascend through the naturally cooled stair tower (Trying to minimize need for AC), take in views of the jungle landscape to reach the third-floor terrace and the master bedroom with a king bed. The terrace opens to 270-degree views with an outdoor BBQ, bar fridge, sink, dining table and an L shaped couch that sits 8 comfortably, opening to a flexible space.

LOCATION DETAILS
The road to Lagarta lodge is a neighborhood that is a 10 minute drive to the surfing and hype at Guiones, which makes this neighborhood much more peaceful with less traffic, dust, noise, parties.  If you prefer to walk, Guiones connects with a trail to Playa Pelada, which puts you in the action in less than 30 minutes.
