The next-door villa, is also featured on our website, so you could organise a holiday with friends and book both!  Marusici is a delightful, tranquil village 12km south of Omis, 40km south of Split and north of Makarska. It is located in the foothills of Omiska Dinara Mountain, offering a beautiful landscape. With glorious sand and pebble beach surrounded by fragrant pine trees and close to the amazing Cetina River and the Biokovo Mountain, this villa enjoys a splendid location with much to see and do. This fine villa boasts incredible, contemporary architecture, fabulous interior design, beautiful colour schemes and a sensational home automation system. Everything is current, swanky, trendy and high-end. There is underfloor heating throughout, an elevator connecting all three floors, and three of the dreamy bedroom suites enjoy their own private furnished terrace. Guests feel thoroughly indulged with the seriously impressive wellness facilities, and our Concierge Team can arrange for private chefs, in-villa massage or exceptional excursions. In addition to the private, heated 18m x 3.8m swimming pool with its sensational hydromassage bench, guests can use the exquisite wellness suite on the ground floor. It includes a luxurious hydromassage jacuzzi for 6, a Finnish sauna, a steam bath cabin, an experience shower and a well-equipped gym. The gym boasts a multifunction workout machine, a treadmill and a stationary bicycle. The suite is contemporary and beautiful, with only the best of everything. It is such a treat! There is access from the wellness suite to a large loggia with quality loungers. The ground floor also has a double bedroom.  The second level of this extraordinary villa offers sumptuous open plan living, bedrooms and a swimming pool. The level of attention to detail to Villa Grecale is truly impressive. You cannot fail to be wowed! You will enjoy swanky sofas and gorgeous wooden cabinetry opposite the enormous television to one side of the living space. On the other, the designer kitchen and dining area is a chef’s dream. With top-notch appliances, you can cook a feast that you can enjoy along with breathtaking views. Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors flood the room with light and offer a sensational panorama and access to the pool, deck and balcony. The modern fireplace is an excellent feature. Guests are invited to use the luxury sofabed. PS4 is also available for your enjoyment. Outside, the swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious deck with beautiful loungers, an outdoor lounge corner facing the pool and an outdoor shower. From the sun deck, you can approach each of the three private terraces and bedrooms.  The bedrooms on the second level are all master suites with luxurious beds where you will enjoy the sleep of kings, televisions, access to furnished private terraces and glorious en-suite bathrooms. Two rooms enjoy king size beds, and the third boasts two single beds which can be connected to form one huge bed. Two of the bathrooms enjoy baths and showers, and the twin en-suite offers a shower. The bathrooms are fabulous with superior, prestigious fittings which will entice you to linger.  The third extraordinary level is the rooftop terrace with its outdoor dining area, a barbecue and a lounge area with breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar. There is a kitchenette with a fridge so that you can enjoy drinks without having to pop downstairs. It is a fabulously romantic spot where you can enjoy the panorama and later the twinkling stars in the sky.
