It sits just 3kms above the seaside village of Ligia and only 550m outside the picturesque village of Katouna in Lefkada. This is a family friendly villa, offering facilities for young kids.

The villa is part of Inoro villas, a complex of two private villas, which are located at a small distance and separated by a tall fence, within a plot of land of 3,000sq.m. The area is split in two to ensure that each villa occupies its own 1,500sq.m. of land. The limits of each villa are firmly defined by olive trees and the fence. The setting allows for reservations from very large families or groups of friends.

The villa main occupancy is for 8 guests, but it can accommodate an additional 4 guests will sleep on sofa beds/camp beds, if children are included. 

This villa is a beautifully designed retreat of 180 sq.m. spanning three levels, featuring four elegantly appointed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The mid-floor includes a welcoming entryway, a double bedroom with an ensuite, and a flexible bedroom with a king-size bed that can convert into two singles, plus an extra shower. The bright open-plan living room and kitchen are fully equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The dining and sitting areas, complete with a fireplace and comfortable sofas, offer breathtaking views of a vast olive orchard and the ocean, with a spacious veranda extending from the dining room. On the top floor, there’s an additional ensuite bedroom.

The pool level features a separate 80 sq.m. apartment with its own double bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and sitting room with a sofa bed. Outdoors, guests can relax by the 4.5m x 9m pool surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas and enjoy al fresco dining at the BBQ area under the stars, making it an ideal sanctuary for relaxation and enjoyment.
