An outdoor dining space with a gas BBQ is perfect for enjoying meals while soaking in the enchanting sunsets.
This villa is part of a luxury villa collection, yet is completely independent from the other two villas, as each is situated on a different level of the property. The three villas share a common entrance gate, with a paved private driveway leading to each villa’s individual parking area, conveniently located next to the villa. This fine villa is centrally positioned among the three villas in the complex.
The property is about 2 km from the village of Athani. It is also a short drive to three of Greece’s top beaches: Porto Katsiki (9km), Gialos (5km), and Egremni (3km). The road leading to the villa is unpaved, but no issues for all normal type of cars.
The villa’s normal occupancy is 6 people but it could also sleep up to two additional persons (if children are included) at a sofa bed/camp bed at a small extra cost.
