This villa is a 4 bedrooms villa within walking distance of the suspended beauty of Ostuni's historic center. This unique villa combines the authenticity of a sovereign trullo with the elegance of a stone lamia. It offers a rare combination: the intimacy of the countryside and the privileged proximity to the heart of the "White City," with a view that opens up to the sea.
The structure consists of two independent bodies: a historic trullo with its cone vaults and a lamia with stone barrel vaults, framed by dry stone walls and ancient olive trees. Inside the trullo is a cozy living area with a dining table, where the living stone and natural light create a cozy atmosphere. Next door, under the alcove, is a functional kitchen in support of the well-equipped outdoor kitchen. The Trullo has two double bedrooms, both with both internal and independent access from outside. One of the rooms has an ensuite bathroom, while a second bathroom is available to guests, both complete with shower. A small hallway room also houses a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for accommodating two additional people or creating a private reading space.
Inside the Lamia, two double bedrooms with a central bathroom complete with shower serve them. Outside, both structures have a pergola in elevation equipped with some tables and seating. In front of the pool, a large glass-enclosed gazebo gathers the outdoor kitchen equipped and complete with barbecue.
Located at the foot of the historic center of Ostuni is unique for its location. It allows you to reach the historic center on foot by leaving your car inside the fenced plot (about 250m) and allows you to reach the sea in only 5 min by car. From Ostuni it is possible to reach the port cities of Monopoli and Polignano a Mare or other towns in the Valle D'itria such as Alberobello, Locorotondo and Cisterino.
The property is 25 minutes from Brindisi airport and 45 minutes from Bari airport.
