This 5-bedroom, 4 full and 2 half-bath luxury home has incredible ocean views from every room, and it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy your time in Playa Flamingo. The top floor of the home with its outdoor wet bar is ideal for entertaining a large group or conversely, provides a perfect place for solitude in the jacuzzi, with the setting sun your only company.

Rental prices include housekeeping services once during a one-week stay, as well as a single airport pick-up from the airport in Liberia. Additional concierge services such as pool-side massages, excursions, transfers and more can be easily arranged. 

Use the clearly marked and maintained hiking trails from beginner to difficult levels in the Mar Vista Community for your daily workout. Or join Club Eldorado where you can engage in tennis or pickleball, keep up with your workout and weight lifting/cardio in an enclosed and air-conditioned gym, or take a yoga class or other programming at the open air pavilion with miles of ocean view. Club Eldorado requires additional fees based on renters' desired usage of different facilities (inquire with Tropical Homes on details). You can also unwind with lunch or dinner at the renowned Gracia Restaurant* (with oceanview infinity pool & swim-up bar) located just above Club Eldorado.

Because this villa is occupied by its owner a portion of each month, it is fully appointed and equipped in a manner not usually found in a rental.
