This fine villa has an exquisite private infinity pool with azure water that sparkles, glass-like in the sun. The pool is unusually large, so the whole family can enjoy swimming in peace. As you take a refreshing dip, you can look out over the coast - the dramatic view is particularly beautiful at sunset. There is decking all around the pool with red sunbeds, some of which have wheels. The entrance to the villa is through an electric gate that leads from the lovely private garden. On the first floor, there is a gym that is free for guest use. There is state-of-the-art Powerplate gym equipment including a cross-trainer, as well as a Finnish-style sauna and even a jacuzzi. The entire villa is wheelchair-accessible, with ramps and lifts on each floor. There are three enormous terraces with outdoor lounge areas. The living space is open plan yet with elegant pillars and cream walls that separate different areas off. There are cosy white and brown leather sofas to curl up on and matching armchairs. A fluffy caramel rug decorates the floor, with textured cushions adding extra comfort. Eclectic art adorns the walls, while floor to ceiling windows ensures space is bathed in light. The satellite television is complete with UK channels alongside many other languages. The beautifully modern kitchen is complete with everything you could need for home cooking, including an oven. There is a glossy bar with a huge amount of prep space and American fridges with an ice maker. Guests can either eat in this area or by the window overlooking the pool. For those who prefer alfresco dining, there is a table on the terrace. The four bedrooms are designed a simple yet luxe style, mostly in cream with splashes of red and shimmery mauve. Black and white photographs hang on the wall, and there is lots of wardrobe space. There are complimentary air conditioning and more floor to ceiling windows, so you can wake up to the stunning views. Each room has a beautiful ensuite, with natural marble stone tiles and sinks. There is a mixture of bathtubs and showers at this villa.

LOCATION DETAILS
This villa is in a prime spot in the luxurious area of Adeje, southern Tenerife. The immediate vicinity is quiet and peaceful, but the villa is also close to many lively beach resorts like Playa de las Americas, Los Cristianos and San Eugenio. These areas are popular for families visiting in the day and famous for parties at night. The beaches are endless, with fine white sand and swirling shades of blue water. The watersports on offer include jet-skiing, scuba diving and windsurfing. The calmest choice is Los Cristianos; a former fishing town turned popular holiday destination. There are a lovely promenade and stunning blue water. This area is also good for shopping, with a crafts market every Sunday and lots of boutiques and designers dotted around. By the promenade, there are plenty of dining options. There is a large shopping centre in San Eugenio, for a wider range of shopping options. In the middle of Playa de las Americas, there is a golf resort with an 18-hole course within a beautiful setting with lakes. Perfect for those who want to enrol in some lessons or just to play a casual game of golf. From Adeje, one of the most exciting activities on offer is whale and dolphin spotting - join a tour with a 99% chance of spotting the majestic mammals swimming happily. The best operators are eco-conscious and have been awarded the island's Blue Boat flag. To get an amazing view of Tenerife, climb one of the volcanic peaks of the island. Montana Chayofita. After a moderate 15-metre ascent, you'll be rewarded with a great panorama, especially at sunset. Alternatively, see the waterfalls at Barranco el Infierno. The trail start is just 7km from the villa, but you'll have to be organised as only 300 people can climb each day for conservation reasons. You should book online to make sure you get a permit. The ascent goes from 100 - 1300 metres above sea level, so it is a little more advanced than Montana Chayofita. Along the trail, you will pass ravines, riverbeds and spot birds that call the area home including eagles, hawks and ravens.

Security deposit? €900 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection. This villa has a strict no smoking policy therefore if clients smoke in the villa a 500€ fee will be charged, from the 900€, to cover a full deep clean of all upholstery. Arrival time? 4 pm.
