The exterior is a spectacular entrance to the property, with a mixture of lemon, olive and palm trees around the property. The garden is well kept and offers plenty of space for outside relaxing. There is a feature uniquely designed private pool available for your use, there are tiled steps that lead into the pool, so it offers safe entrance and exits to the pool. There is a staircase leading up to the house at the side of the villa, which immediately opens into a lounge dining area that is decorated with contemporary furniture. The semi-open plan area offers excellent opportunities for gathering the holiday party to eat, relax in the comfortable living area. There are a few home comforts such as a television, and there is internet access also, so you’ll be able to wind down with the comforts you’re used to. The colour scheme remains neutral throughout the property, letting the beautiful views and architecture offer the wow factor. The kitchen is a modern, sleek fully equipped kitchen designed with ease of use in mind. It is equipped with modern appliances including some home comforts like a coffee machine and a kettle, so you can enjoy your hot beverage of choice in the beauty of the Mallorcan countryside. There are three bedrooms all with air conditioning, 2 double rooms and a twin room. The doubles both benefit from en-suite bathrooms, one is a shower room and the other has a full bathroom. The final bedroom is a twin bedroom, all of the rooms have the same neutral colours, and they benefit from huge windows that let in copious light and offer beautiful views of the countryside that you’ll be so happy to see first thing in the morning. If you do find yourself enjoying the views, then perhaps you’ll also enjoy dining outside in the recently constructed BBQ area, there is a kitchen area complete with fridge and dishwasher, a large BBQ and dining furniture. So, you can dine under the sun, with spectacular views as your holiday backdrop. Pollença is an alluring town, at the base of the Tramuntana mountains, which is the largest natural reserve on the island, well known for its beauty and scenery. It was recently declared a World Heritage site, and the mountain range offers spectacular views and is a wonderful destination for hikers, cyclists and even bird watchers. Pollença is also rich in history with the famous Calvari steps which are a 365-step stairway that leads up to the chapel on the top of the hill known as Calvary. It is also home to a Romanesque 19th-century bridge that is shrouded in mystery, as no one knows for sure its origin. Nearby you have Alcudia which is one of the most visited destinations in Mallorca, with its history, charm and gothic revival architecture. It has plenty of magnificent, scenic sandy beaches for you to explore stretching several kilometres giving your party ample space to explore, some even offer great places to snorkel (not all of the beaches that can provide this activity will have the equipment to hire). For the families or the kids at heart, there is the Alcudia Hidropark with a water golf course, water slides and pools. You may also pursue the streets of Alcudia for their open-air street markets and sample the food they have to offer. There is so much to explore, experience and take in as you visit the nearby towns, there truly is something for everyone in this historical and stunningly beautiful part of Spain.
