This fine villa offers three generously sized bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The interior is thoughtfully designed with a modern aesthetic, featuring earthy tones that create a warm and inviting ambiance. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space, and a comfortable sitting area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

This fine villa is entirely independent from the other two villas on the property, each of which is situated on a different ground level. The three villas share a common entrance gate, beyond which a paved private driveway leads to each villa’s private parking area, conveniently located adjacent to the villa.
The property is about 2 km from the village of Athani. It is also a short drive to three of Greece’s top beaches: Porto Katsiki (9km), Gialos (5km), and Egremni (3km). The road leading to the villa is unpaved, but no issues for all normal type of cars.
The villa’s normal occupancy is 6 people but it could also sleep up to two additional persons (if children are included) at a sofa bed/camp bed at a small extra cost.
