Several seating areas in shade will offer you moments of tranquility at any time of the day. A fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and a dining table. The living room has comfortable sofas and a flat TV on one side and a large dining table for 10 people with a flat TV on the other side. The stairs take you to the first floor. Each of the 4 spacious bedrooms has a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom, a flat TV, air conditioning and a verdant park view. Large pool has an indoor pool of 18 m2 and an outdoor part of 75 m2. Wellness area next to the indoor part of the pool provides a total relaxation. A sun deck next to the outdoor part of the pool is ideal for sunbathing. Summer kitchen is equipped and has a cozy dining table. Large garden is perfectly maintained and full of various plants, olive trees and others. Sunny rooftop terrace with sun chairs is also ideal for soaking up the sun. 3 parking places, free Wi-Fi and cable television are also at your disposal. Children have a playground, PlayStation, table soccer, table tennis, billiard and trampoline. The surcharge for a pet is 10€ per day and for the pool heating, it is 250€ per week.
