===== Exterior ===== Spereto Punteriolo in Montaione is part of a farmhouse with a private outdoor area. The outdoor swimming pool in a panoramic position is heated. The Spereto property is located in a strategic position with a beautiful view of the countryside and the historic village of Montaione. Each outdoor area is private and maintained with great attention to detail. The communal swimming pool is surrounded by a well-kept sun terrace with garden furniture and a parasol for each unit. Toilets, outdoor shower and bar complete the pool area. Uncovered parking spaces within the property. Cars are not allowed at Borgo di Spereto; each guest can drive in with a golf cart to unload their luggage. Excursions to San Gimignano, Volterra and San Vivaldo (known as the Tuscan Jerusalem) can be organised from Montaione. The beaches of the Etruscan Coast can be easily reached in an hour's drive. You can also visit the historic village of San Miniato and stop for a truffle lunch. About 3 km away you will find an equestrian centre where you can organise a horse ride. A renowned golf course is only 10 minutes away by car. The region is ideal for mountain biking. Possibility of car rental with the Duetto rent company.
