The living room on this floor comprises a spacious, 120 square meters living and dining area with a sea view terrace and separate entrance. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a massive wooden dining table for 12 persons, an entertainment area with sofa and TV and a covered terrace with barbecue. The second floor of the villa offers 1 comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed featuring a living area, dressing room, and balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub and shower and also offers a sea view. Outside of the villa, with magnificent sea view, there is a large, heated infinity swimming pool with an outdoor shower and toilet. There are few terraces and a garden around, with barbecue facilities and an outside dining area with a table for 14 people. Terraces overlook the magnificent Pakleni islands. Villa’s guests have private parking provided. In the separate building next to the villa, there is an equipped professional kitchen. This kitchen is only to be used by a professional cook for in-villa dining purposes, and it is not part of the rental agreement.
