Under the management of the acclaimed Hotel Esencia, the 4-bedroom villa can accommodate up to 10 people on 3 levels while the beachfront cabana can accommodate up to 4 people.

The villa is set around a colonial-style central patio. The ground floor features 2 suites each with king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and private terraces overlooking the garden, a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, and a terrace with an outdoor dining area. The second floor has the Master suite with a king-size bed and a large terrace.

The pool sits amidst the garden and features a pool palapa and an outdoor grill, ideal for an outdoor barbecue or dining alfresco. The beachfront cabana can accommodate up to 4 people on king-size sofa beds. It also features spacious seating areas inside and outside and its own private beach palapa with lunch tables, hammocks, and sun day beds. Villa Yum-Ha features a large swimming pool and comes with a private butler and housekeeping services.
