This is a very unique Lyford Cay home comprises almost 8,000 sq. ft. of living space and is surrounded by very lush, tropical foliage. This house has the atmosphere of a large, luxurious tree-house with the bedrooms and living areas opening onto covered verandahs that overlook the serene pool deck, complete with Bouganvillea adorned Gazebo, ornate decorative fountain, children's play area and a variety of native trees and blooming flowers.

The main upper level features a spacious study with high tray ceilings, built-in bookshelves, and an ensuite marble-tiled bathroom. A spacious living room opens onto the upper verandah and a fully equipped kitchen and wet bar make this a convenient location for entertaining in the cool evening breezes. The spacious master bedroom, with His & Hers bathrooms, connects to the neighboring guest bedroom; perfect for a nursery or young child's room.

Downstairs there are 3 guest bedrooms, each opening onto the lower verandah which is enclosed with mahogany French doors that all open up onto the patio. There is a fully equipped kitchen on this level as well as dining and family rooms. There are an additional two staff bedrooms and two staff bathrooms. Outside you will find adjacent to the charming pool a large Jacuzzi, a sauna with both steam and sauna settings, a games area featuring table tennis, a barbecue area, and a covered seating area.
