Relax at our gorgeous 6-bedroom villa with a private beach and breathtaking sea view, just 20 minutes away from the airport N. Kazantzakis. There is plenty to see and do in the local area. You’ll find everything you need for a perfect stay. It has two fully equipped kitchens with anything you might need. Additionally, we provide catering and private chef services (price and availability on request).
On the ground floor, there is a kitchen and a large living room with a dining table, sofa, TV, and a fireplace. Huge sliding windows allow you to combine the living room with the pool area, creating a truly expansive space perfect for unforgettable parties against the backdrop of Heraklion Bay. In the evening, you can admire the city lights across the bay, and for those who like to get up early or suffer from jet lag, you can enjoy the sunrise straight from the sea.
This villa has six bedrooms and can comfortably sleep six couples. In the first master bedroom, you will find a king-size bed and its own bathroom with a bathtub, along with access to a mini office. Master Bedroom 1 also has a big balcony with a breathtaking sea view. The second master bedroom features a king-size bed, its own bathroom with a shower, and a big balcony. The highlight of this bedroom is the luxurious floor-standing bathtub next to a curved glass wall with an incredible sea view.
The third bedroom contains a double bed, a gorgeous sea view, and a balcony. The fourth bedroom contains a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and has a garden view. The fifth bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and a private kitchen. This bedroom is located on the underground level in the bunker (no windows, of course).
There are two additional bathrooms with showers on the top and ground floors. You can also find a private gym and a laundry room with washing and drying machines. A small trick: throw the clothes to be washed into a special laundry chute, and they’ll land straight in the laundry basket in the underground laundry. Linen and towels are from the eco-Greek brand Coconut. Apivita and Zelots Greek brand shampoo, shower gel, and many more are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
All our guests will receive a welcome basket with snacks, fresh fruit, and the best local wine. With the heated infinity pool, chill-out zone with a fireplace, fully equipped gym, and water sports equipment, there is something to entertain everyone! However, being in such a stunning location, within a 5-minute drive from beaches with turquoise water and the best restaurants & bars, you will be torn about where to spend your time.
As a self-catering house, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and high-speed internet access. If you need some time to work or stay alone, there is a small office with a sea view on the upper floor equipped with a powerful MAC.
There are seven bathrooms. All bathrooms have Villeroy & Boch toilets and bathtubs, gold-plated faucets, and premium Grohe series showerheads. Each bathroom is unique, so you can choose a room in the villa based on your bathroom preferences.
The villa also has a bunker with thick concrete walls, an independent air filtration system, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a toilet with a shower, and a supply of water and food in case you want to retire there.
