This villa's main house is an open concept living room with large TV, large kitchen with bar, dining area and a pool table. Also included are the first 6 bedrooms [7 Beds] with 6 full bathrooms. Above the party room and facing the pool are bedrooms 7 [King Bed, Private Bathroom, TV] and Bedroom 8 [Queen Bed, Private Bathroom, TV]. On the opposite side, and directly next to the main house, are bedrooms 9 and 10 which have 2 double beds each and 1 bathroom each.

Right outside the sliding glass doors of the main house are two large dining tables underneath a rancho. The tables and rancho are facing the pool and spectacular views. There is a half bathroom next to the pool/rancho area. Next to the rancho is the disco! An air-conditioned party room with AC, TV, wet bar, seating, sound system and lighting.
