The villa comprises two separate buildings. The main villa is split into two apartments, each boasting its own entrance and private garden. The first apartment, spanning two floors, accommodates up to 6 guests, with a living area on the ground floor and sleeping quarters on the first floor, connected by a stone staircase. The second apartment, also spread over two floors, can host up to 4 guests, featuring a living area on the ground floor and bedrooms on the first floor, linked by a wooden internal staircase.

A short stroll from the main building lies the cottage, home to the third apartment, which comfortably houses 4 guests. It's laid out over two floors, with a living area and one bedroom on the ground floor, and the second bedroom on the first floor, joined by a wooden staircase.
