The villa has approx. 2475 square feet of living space and offers up to 6 people enough space for a relaxing stay. Pets are also welcome here on request and for an additional fee, so you don't have to go on vacation without your little darling. Through large sliding glass doors in the living and separate dining area, you have a view of the south-facing terrace with integrated electrically heated pool with turn-on waterfall. This can be romantically illuminated in the evening. Seven sunbeds are ready for bathing in the sun. On the covered part of the terrace is a dining table and 8 chairs. A gas grill for evening dinners is also available. Here you can demonstrate your grilling skills and grill delicious smelling steaks, hamburgers or fish and enjoy them with fresh salad and a cool beer or a good glass of wine. This outside are is surrounded by a screen. On the canal there is also a large terrace with tiki hat - table and chairs, so you can enjoy your sun downer here in the evening. The boat lift and Capitainswalk make the whole thing complete. If you have been successful on a fishing trip, you can also take out your fish down there at a specially installed table. Now let's go back to the interior of the house: Fully equipped open white kitchen with granite countertop (ceramic cook top, American refrigerator with freezer and icemaker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender) will also delight you.
