This is the perfect place to come with a large family or group of friends, because there is space to gather together in one of the lounges, as well as corners when one can quietly retire to relax or read a book. No smoking inside the villa nor balconies. You can smoke in the pergola and outside the bar. Please use ashtrays.NO PARTY No party, event nor extra guests overnight allowed without owner’s approval. NO FIRE Indoors and Outdoors fires are strictly forbidden. ELECTRICITY Please close the windows when using A/C. Please shut off the AC when you leave the villa.
