The lower floor has a movie room with a cozy sofa area, and two more double bedrooms, one which opens onto a beautiful patio, with a shared bathroom and a laundry room.

Within the villa, but separate from the main house are 3 independent luxurious apartments. Each offers a secluded terrace, a living space and a fully equipped kitchen. additionally each unit features its own private entrance if desired.
The outside area is equally gorgeous, with a heated, 12 x 4 meter infinity pool, a jacuzzi, and a comfortable lounge area perfect for meditation. The pool house, with an outdoor shower and powder room, is equipped with a barbecue.
