Imagine spending a few days on a private island in Angra dos Reis, all to yourself and your guests. Located in Ribeira Bay, the Island is a unique and exclusive 11,300 m2 property, an oasis of natural beauty, equipped with the best infrastructure for unforgettable moments.

Access to the island is provided with all the necessary infrastructure and security, via the public deck at Enseada beach, and the journey from this point to the island takes around 10 minutes by speedboat.

There are about 10 buildings on the property, divided into two parts, the upper part and the lower part of the island.

At the top of the island is the main house, with 10 suites, kitchen and laundry, tennis court and staff house.

Access to the upper part of the island is possible in two ways: either via the access ramp or via the property's panoramic elevator.

In the lower part of the island, there is the helipad building, the gym built partially over the sea, the large deck area, the gourmet space which includes a large living and dining room, gourmet kitchen, men's and women's bathrooms, sauna, and finally, two large and comfortable bungalows, each housing two comfortable suites.

The island offers 14 comfortable and luxurious suites. Of these, 10 are located in the main house on the upper part of the island, and four suites are located on the lower part of the island, spread across two charming oceanfront bungalows.

The complete leisure facilities include a saltwater pool, jacuzzi, decks, a solarium, and a small private beach. The island also provides guests with water sports equipment such as kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and diving goggles.
