Villa is located in the central, rural part of the island, on the hill above the magical bay of Pokrivenik, only 30 minutes away from Hvar’s town. All the areas of the luxurious secluded villa with pool, Hvar island are set on the ground floor and partly in the basement. The ground floor comprises a large, open plan living area with a dining room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, high chair). The living area is modernly furnished and features a fireplace. This area offers direct access to the surrounding terraces, and it’s perfectly blended with the exterior. Three double bedrooms are also set on the ground floor, one with an en suite bathroom and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. All three bedrooms have a direct exit to the pool terrace. The internal staircase descends to the villa’s basement with a separate dining room and a small wine cellar. One large bedroom with a private bathroom is in the basement of the villa. Besides the modern kitchen, there is also a specially designed pergola with a large built-in barbecue, outdoor mini-bar, loungers, and alfresco dining on the terrace. A large sun deck with a swimming pool and the outdoor shower is the most relaxing area, set in front of the pergola.

Perfect for unwinding and enjoying the beautiful colors of sunset and the magical surroundings. Next to the main villa, there is a separate studio apartment with a private kitchen and a toilet. The Villa also features a fully equipped gym, sauna, whirlpool, and massage table. A special feature of the villa is definitely a private tennis court connected to the villa’s residential part through stone plated walkways. The Tennis court is equipped with reflectors, so it is available day and night. There is also a bocce court. The Villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with modern video surveillance and alarm system, providing additional safety to its guests and a system of electronic locks for easier access.
