The property location benefits from amazing panoramic views to the sea and the sunrise from the east. The property which has been designed to reflect the Ibicencan square architecture of the traditional finca has been finished in a classic, clean, minimalistic style, by Irish architect John Meagher.
Outside there is a large high ceiling terrace with statement glass lanterns designed by the architect and produced locally. There is a wooden yoga deck perched in between the shrubbery on the front side of the house with beautiful panoramic views.
