The property's interiors are composed of an AMPLE OPEN SPACE with a FULLY FURNISHED MODERN KITCHEN (wine cooler, large fridge with freezer and ice machine, induction hob, dishwasher and coffee station, kettle, oven and microwave). A DINING TABLE FOR 6 and a cosy salottino with a couch and two armchairs complete the open space – all surrounded by wide door windows that seamlessly provide an indoor-outdoor experience.

The villa boasts THREE DOUBLE BEDROOMS (two with king-size beds and one with French-size beds). Each bedroom has its ENSUITE BATHROOM with walk-in thermostatic showers, luscious vanities, and Japanese toilets. Centralized A/C in all the ambientes allows for seamless temperature control.
