A unique vacation designed in our historic house set in the sweeping 26 acre estate of
Mercers Creek. The House boasts stunning sea views amid swaying palm trees and tropical
gardens with 8 suites for a maximum of 16 guests in 26 acres of grounds.

Guests have access to the entire property during their stay at Mercers Creek House. Four
Main house suites feature four poster beds and a unique historic interior, while the four
garden suites are modern and light with his and her rainfall showers.

The house includes a large pool, pool house, ping pong table, croquet lawn private beach,
and water access with kayaks.

The drawing room, games room, dinning room and fully equipped kitchen, as well as three
terraces and private courtyard gardens leave a huge amount for guests to explore during
their stay at the villa. Perfect for group trips of families or friends all looking to spend time
together, while giving themselves plenty of room.

Main House Suites

These four suites look out over the gardens and have many of the original features including
the original four poster beds, all with fitted en-suites.

The Royal Suite:
With large, fitted wardrobes and many original antique furnishings, The Royal Suite
encapsulates all that is quality – including a large ceiling chandelier. A mahogany four-poster
bed stands centre stage in the bedroom, wrapped in a fine lace mosquito net. The en-suite
bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

The French Suite:
Taking its name from the French wrought iron four-poster double bed with fine lace netting.
This suite has a balcony overlooking the Chinese Garden. The room also contains an antique
bookcase and fitted wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

The Pineapple Suite:
This room comprises of two single four-poster beds with antique large mahogany wardrobes
and direct access into the Chinese Garden. The private bathroom, with a walk-in shower, has
slated windows also overlooking the Chinese garden.

The Dukes Suite:
The largest suite at The Great House, with a King-size mahogany four-poster bed, The Dukes
Suite is fitted with original furnishings, including antique mahogany large wardrobes. The
Dukes Suite has a private bathroom and walk-up shower.

The Garden Suites
Nestled within the tropical gardens, our two semi-detached traditional island cottages
provide four Garden Suites. Each in vibrant Caribbean hues, traditional Antiguan pyramid
roofs with vaulted ceilings, crisp linens, granite and porcelain accents and private terraces.
Designed with guest privacy and natural opulence in mind, the air-conditioned island
cottages provide guests with views over Mercers Creek. En-suite bathrooms include double
rainfall showers.
