At the lower level, the property features a separate 2 rooms studio, with independence entrance from the main villa. The studio features a bedroom with a semi-double bed, bathroom with shower and a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette. It has access to private outdoor dining table and chairs. The studio is ideal for support staff or tenants that wish to maintain their privacy during a large group stay and is rented at an additional cost, upon request only.
