• Gourmet Chef Services are offered for Breakfast, Lunch, snack and Dinner. Meals and Beverages are additional. For menus and prices please inquire.                                            
• Butler/Bartender Services are included. If butler services are required after 9 pm charges apply, please inquire.                                    
• With daily housekeeping, groundskeeping and concierge services.                                            
• Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is 10 am. If you will require late check-out you may consider renting an additional night.                          
• Only our in-house chefs are permitted at the Haciendas.                                            
• Under Puerto Aventuras bylaws music is permitted until 11pm.                                            
• Holiday Season, Christmas and New Year, rate + 19% taxes for the whole house, rate includes 2 guests per bedroom, VIP all inclusive (food, beverages, soft drinks and liquors), one round trip transportation from/to airport for a group of guests arriving/leaving at the same time. Gourmet food not included (as foie gras, caviar, etc).

• Under Puerto Aventuras bylaws music is permitted until 11pm.                                            
• Pets are not allowed.

Booking Payments Policies                                            
• To confirm your reservation, you must pay the 50% of the total rental amount within 7 days of the booking request. In case, we do not receive the payment within this period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.                                            
• The balance of the total rental amount must be paid at least 30 (thirty) days prior arrival date.                                            
• The balance of the rental amount for Holidays’ bookings must be paid before August 1st of the corresponding traveling year.            • If the deposit or the balance of the total rental amount is not paid on time, the booking will be automatically cancelled with no refund.                                            
• If the booking is requested less than 30 (thirty) days before arrival day, the payment of the total rental amount must be paid in full within the next 7 (seven) days of the request.
