Here you can find a large 80 m2 swimming pool, private garden, private parking lot, and direct access to the beach. The whole villa is air-conditioned and the Wi-Fi Internet is available in all areas indoor and outdoor areas of the villa. It is modernly designed, with large windows on both floors, allowing lots of natural light to come through the villa. Of course, there are also blinds available.

On the ground floor of the villa, there is a large living room with sofas and a smart TV. It opens directly to the pool and garden. The fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and dining table are also located on the ground floor. Here you will find everything needed for preparing delicious meals when you want. Moreover, one of a total of 4 bedrooms is also on the ground floor.

The upper floor is a more intimate zone with 3 bedrooms. Each has a private bathroom and sea views. The exterior of the villa is beautifully decorated. The large pool and sun deck offer sea views. There is a landscaped green lawn perfect for children to play on. Furthermore, the outdoor area benefits from a shaded outdoor dining table and barbecue.

This villa is located in Kastel Kambelovac, one of the villages on the Riviera between Split and Trogir. In the past, it was a fishing village and still retains its simple Mediterranean ambiance. This area is well-known for its authentic wines and there are many family-run wineries to visit. Nearby are beautiful beaches, many restaurants, and cafes. The historic centers of Split and Trogir are a 20-minute drive away. Distance to Split airport is less than 15 minutes. Popular day trips from Kastela are island hopping tours to Blue Cave, islands Brac, and Hvar. For a land tour, we recommend visiting Krka National Parks, which is less than 1 hour by car away.
