The residential area of ​​the villa extends over 3 floors. It offers a cozy tavern with a fireplace and dining table, two kitchens, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. All four bedrooms have double beds, perfect for 8 people, with two additional sleeping spots available on the large sofa bed in the living room. A baby cot is also available in one of the bedrooms.

The bedrooms on the second and top floors boast stunning views of the sea, especially beautiful at sunset. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV, while the living room features a smart TV. Free WiFi is available in all indoor and outdoor areas.

Kitchen equipment includes all the utensils and appliances necessary for proper storage and cooking. The kitchens are well-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, hob, kettle, oven, moka coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and filter coffee machine. Laundry facilities such as a washing machine, clothes horse, iron, and ironing board are also available.
