A brick staircase meanders down to the swimming pool area (12m x 4m, with a fixed depth of 1.30m and a hydromassage section, open from May to October and filled with salt water), complemented by a solarium adorned with sunbeds and umbrellas, and a gazebo furnished for outdoor relaxation. The pool and garden provide a splendid vantage point to admire the surrounding vineyards and hills stretching towards the historic city of Volterra.

The villa is equipped for leisure and fun with a barbecue, table tennis, a bowling green, and a children's play area, making it a haven for all ages.
