The building is inspired by traditional mountain houses and is constructed using natural, locally-sourced materials such as stone, oak, and old fir wood, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere.

Access to the mountain retreat is only possible via cable car or helicopter, adding to the exclusive nature of the property. With a total area of 340 square meters, can accommodate up to 8 guests and features a large lounge area with a central fireplace, a cellar stocked with a fine selection of wines and cheeses available upon request, a professional kitchen, and a spacious dining area with a large wooden table for enjoying meals prepared by the personal chef available throughout the stay.

The 3 bedrooms offer stunning mountain views and are furnished with luxurious amenities including fireplaces, king-size beds, large wardrobes with safes, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and bathtubs in two of them.

For moments of relaxation, guests can enjoy the multimedia room with a full HD screen, as well as a spa area featuring a massage room, steam room, Finnish sauna, waterfall showers, small fitness area, and relaxation area. The private terrace is equipped with a heated Jacuzzi, solarium, and BBQ corner for enjoying meals in the open air. Ski and bicycle equipment can be stored in the designated ski box and racks at the entrance of the building.
