Prestigious villa in the Tuscan countryside, between Siena and Florence, for those who love nature and privacy, surrounded by a beautiful garden with meticulous attention to detail. The main villa dates back to the 1400s and has been owned for centuries by the Counts Mandosi Mignanelli, a family now extinct and now inherited by one of their granddaughters, Resy Fani Ciotti.

The villa has 13 bedrooms, each elegantly furnished with different colours and decorations, which can accommodate up to a maximum of 26 people, and is rented out for weddings, business meetings, and film events. The dependance is also located within the villa with a view of the entire property. It is optional because if the number of people is greater than 26, the depandance would have a further 3 double bedrooms to accommodate a maximum number of 32 guests, each room has air conditioning and satellite TV.

The interiors of the villa are carefully designed down to the smallest detail on the ground floor there is a very large hall with three interconnecting dining rooms furnished with elegant tables and services and other lounges on the various floors. A family room equipped with a fridge, Nespresso and microwave for guests’ use.

The housekeeping service is provided from 8.30 am to 1.00 pm, up to 26 persons. (cleaning of the common areas, bedrooms and bathrooms; Maids (housekeeping) 6/7days (1 day off
during the week) In the main villa and dependance for all guests if they are 32, also for all.
Bathroom towels change twice a week (Wednesday & Saturday)
Sheets one change a week (Saturday)
Dinner 5 Course,minimum 20 pax , price up to request.  Dinner w/ chef, menu and price on request (No minimum requested.)

The Lessee acknowledges that in the event of early return of the Property before the expiry of the
Agreement for reasons not imputable to the Lessor, the Consideration paid will not be returned.
The Lessee declares that each person occupying the Property is regularly present in Italy as such
person is an Italian citizen or - in the case of a foreign national - is in Italy lawfully and with the
necessary permits and to that effect the Lessee shall be responsible
Rates do not include the local city tax: € 1,00 per person, per day (up to 5 days).
In case of VAT’s change or in case of introduction of new local or national taxes Villa Collalto SRL
reserves the right to revise the rates.
The Parties acknowledge that the Property is in good condition, fully equipped and furnished.
The Lessee agrees to return the Property - complete with furniture, equipment - in the same state
in which it was received unless caused by wear and tear, penalty compensation for damages
The Lessor denies all liability to clients regarding damage or theft of their property.
The Lessor will not be liable for any injury to children not accompanied by parents in the use of all
facilities.
