The lving area is open and spacious, featuring two seating areas and an entertainment center. A wooden breakfast bar separates the living area from the large modern kitchen, which is illuminated by a skylight. The indoor formal dining table and the outdoor dining table, which stretches the length of the living area, provide ample space for meals. The terrace also boasts a large infinity pool and stunning views of the green hills and bay in the distance.
The four bedrooms are of roughly equal size and amenities, and each bedroom has its own private terrace. The master bedroom is located on the main level next to the living room, while the second bedroom is on a lower level directly beneath it. The third bedroom is on the opposite side of the lower level, and the fourth bedroom is located opposite the pool. Each bedroom features two twin beds that can be made up separately or pushed together to form a US king bed, Apple TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
