This beautiful one-hectare residence, with its contemporary look, takes its name from this garden which simultaneously embraces three different Moroccan landscapes at once: the underlying olive grove, the surrounding desert, and in the distance, the peaks of the Atlas Mountains.
The villa is an intimate and luxurious haven of peace, which seduces with its design and minimalist architecture signed by the famous Italian architecture studio HUS. Behind its doors, this tastefully furnished residence offers five bedrooms including a majestic suite upstairs opening onto a magnificent garden and several living spaces, a large swimming pool and open terraces to admire the breathtaking landscape of the Atlas peaks and the preserved nature, where to meet with family or friends, promising pleasant moments of conviviality and intimacy.
The architect's vision was to design a modern house with a structure based on a play of rectangles, and to integrate the natural environment into the house. The purity of the forms, the eloquent contemporary design, and the materials create a union between the building and the environment surrounding the villa, extending nature into the interior. A minimalist design oscillating between serenity and brightness for guests seeking a sense of zen.
Here, travertine, a natural stone used as exterior and interior wall cladding and flooring, is the centerpiece. Its classic, neutral, and elegant appearance creates a warm and contemporary atmosphere. From the outside, the look is impressive, highlighted by the villa's geometric shapes.
Facing south, the villa was designed to create a fluid sequence of different living spaces that open onto one another. The house rises on two levels.
The garden level consists of living spaces that include sunny and bright lounges opening onto the gardens and pool. The pathways lead us to four spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. These bedrooms open onto the gardens surrounding the villa and all have a furnished terrace.
An iconic part of the villa, the master suite is accessed upstairs by a private elevator. This sumptuous suite, completely open on all four sides with views of different landscapes, impresses with its immensity and its terrace which offers a hanging garden. This garden is also accessible by a staircase so that guests can enjoy this breathtaking 360° view. The lower level offers a wellness area, equipped with a large Hammam, a Jacuzzi and a treatment room.
