Booking Payments Policies

• To confirm your reservation, you must pay the 50% of the total rental amount within 7 days of the booking request. In case, we do not receive the payment within this period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

• The balance of the total rental amount must be paid at least 30 (thirty) days prior arrival date.• The balance of the rental amount for Holidays’ bookings must be paid before August 1st of the corresponding traveling year.

• If the deposit or the balance of the total rental amount is not paid on time, the booking will be automatically cancelled with no refund.

• If the booking is requested less than 30 (thirty) days before arrival day, the payment of the total rental amount must be paid in full within the next 7 (seven) days of the request.

Booking Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation request received until 60 (sixty) days prior arrival day are subject to the full refund of the amount paid less $200USD corresponding to the processing cancellation fee.

• Cancellation request received between 59 and 31 (fifty-nine and thirty-one) days prior arrival day are subject to a penalty of 50% of the total rental amount of the booking.

• Cancellation request received between 30 and 0 (thirty and zero) days prior arrival day are subject to a penalty of 100% of the total rental amount of the booking.

• Cancellation request received for Holidays’ booking are subject to a penalty of 100% of the total rental amount of the booking, with no consideration of the cancellation.

• Cancellation request causes by borders closure between your country and Mexico due to Covid, and received at leat 14 days before arrival are not refundable but can be rescheduled within the next 12 months.
