The other two bedrooms have a king and a queen bed, and each has an attached bathroom and closet. There is a fourth bathroom off the hallway. The living room contains all-new furniture, including a blue-gray modular sofa, beautiful wooden tables and another giant TV. The dining area features a long wooden table, and on the other side of that is a quartz kitchen island. The kitchen itself is huge, with quartz counters, white cabinets, stainless-steel refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher. The home is air-conditioned throughout, and mountain breezes also keep the house cool. There’s lots of natural light and open space. Beyond the sliding glass doors is a large, landscaped area with a rear patio that has new dining and lounging furniture, plus a barbecue. Down a stairwell is a large, newly renovated swimming pool, with coralline deck and stairs. This property has three gated entrances, a 3-car parking garage and a caretaker who lives on-site. It’s near the end of a 2-mile mountain road, mostly gravel but paved on steeper inclines. This road is sparsely populated with luxury houses, and is also home to deer, monkeys, coatis and foxes.

At the bottom of the road is the beachfront town of Potrero, which has grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Nearby Surfside has a large population of North Americans and Europeans, and an even more extensive array of bars and restaurants.

Several beaches are within a short driving distance, including Playa Danta in the north (fronting the Mediterranean-style town of Las Catalinas), Playa Potrero, Playa Flamingo and the dazzling Playa Conchal to the south.

You’ll find all the conveniences you might need nearby, including grocery stores, hardware stores, banks, medical clinics and gas stations.
