This fine villa is located in Podaca, a small settlement near Makarska. This pet-friendly villa provides complete serenity and relaxation. It has a capacity to accommodate 6-7 people. On the big terrace, you can soak up the sun, while drinking a cocktail and enjoying the breathtaking sea view. There are also a barbecue and outdoor dining area, perfect for summer evenings and dining al fresco. On the ground floor are a fully equipped kitchen and a modern decorated living area which have access to the terrace. On this floor are also a room with an extra bed if needed, and a shared bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor is the sleeping oasis with 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed >180cm, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a terrace. Two bedrooms have beds >120cm, where one of them has a terrace and the other one a balcony. The fourth bedroom has a double bed 160 cm and a terrace. As soon as you wake up you will have a beautiful sea view which every bedroom offers you. This floor has also one shared bathroom with a shower. The villa Shades of Summer has fitness equipment for your daily exercise. The garage has two parking spaces. If requested, we can arrange daily maid service and airport transfer with a surcharge. The Makarska Riviera is one of the most beautiful places on the Adriatic coast. The crystal clear sea, azure sky, greenness of the pines, and beautiful kilometers long white pebble and sandy beaches will give you the feeling that you are in heaven and here you will definitely have a quality vacation rest.
