The villa is positioned on the island’s southwest shore, wherein mother nature has bestowed majestic beauty. This is where all the award-wining, breathtaking beaches are located, encircled by wilderness, at the virgin and unspoilt side of Lefkada, at the bottom of the mountainous coast. Settlements are found on top of the mountain that runs through the backbone of the island, offering panoramic views of the unending blue ocean and stunning sunsets.
This fine villa is one of the two Egremni villas situated on the same patch of land, but each one is completely private and independent because they are located on an entirely different floor level, encircled by nature’s tranquility and peace.
The property conveniently sits on foot to three tavernas and is just approximately 1km walk from the village of Athani. It is only around a short drive to three of Greece’s top beaches: Porto Katsiki (8km), Gialos (5km), and Egremni (3km).
The villa occupancy is for 4 guests, but it can accommodate up to 6 if two children are included.
