This fine villa is simply a stunning, luxurious holiday villa available in the beautiful Elviria. Elviria itself is a peaceful urbanisation so you’ll be able to have a relaxing get-away vacation while staying at this villa. Whether you intend to spend a lot of time at the villa or not, you’ll find plenty of seating areas both inside and outside, lending itself to be a great villa for larger families or groups. You can be staying together without being forced to spend every moment together. The main living area is an elegant and welcoming location, with comfy sofas and armchairs ready for you to sink into. The room as lovely natural light filling it, thanks to the large glass doors that lead out into the garden. In addition, the room has a beautiful chandelier that adds to the luxurious atmosphere that the room radiates. There is a second living area where you can gather around a television and either use it as background noise or relax around a movie! Additionally, there is a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with a traditional design and neutral colours. It is complete with a dining table and a breakfast bar. From here you can exit out into the garden, and because of this the room has plenty of natural light let in. The villa uses beautiful brick arches to add character, like the chandelier usage that help radiate the luxurious atmosphere. There are 6 bedrooms, two on the ground floor and the rest are on the first floor. All of the rooms have been beautifully decorated and have the addition of storage! They also have terraces that grant stunning views of the sea, so you’ll always have beautiful sights when you wake up in the morning. One of the rooms has an adjacent bedroom perfect for smaller children. The rooms range from double beds to twin rooms. Additionally, the villa has four bathrooms, all inviting and elegant with a mixture of shower and bathtub fittings. When you exit out into the garden, you’ll find more dining options, giving you the chance to dine out under the stars and pool side! With the mix of parasols and covered terraces over the different dining and seating options, you’ll be able to relax and dine both under the cover of shade and out in the sun – whatever pleases the group! There is a BBQ available at the property so you can barbeque up some ultimate summer dishes and dine under the sun and stars! There is a beautiful private swimming pool available where you can have endless fun! Additionally, there is a jacuzzi available that you can all experience! Under the covered terraces you’ll find seating arrangements, and around the private pool you’ll sun loungers which mean you can relax and top up your suntan! The palm trees around the property add to the holiday feel given off by this exterior, all your missing is a beach! And luckily, Costa del Sol has some stunning beaches that you won’t have to travel far to reach!

LOCATION DETAILS
This villa is in the beautiful Elviria, East Marbella. It’s beautiful with plenty of attractions to keep you all occupied. Elvira is on the coast and so has access to beautiful beaches. Effectively, Elviria is split into two, beachside and mountainside as you can explore the sandy beaches that offer places to eat and water sports, or you could head to La Mairena which has a beautiful biosphere environment and offers spectacular views. Elvira is a short drive from the centre of Marbella which is a beautiful and welcoming city with plenty on offer whether you’re a family, friends having a get-away or celebrating. Whether you’re looking for an active get away, or a lazy get away, you’ve got the chance to do it here in Marbella without having to travel too far. There are some beautiful coastline stretches, with stunning golden sandy beaches! When you travel to the beach, you’ll find plenty of beach restaurants for you to sample, you’re sure to find a favourite! For sun-bathing, you can find and rent sun loungers so that you can top up on that tan. Then you’ll find that these parts of Marbella have a few attractions that are sure to get your adrenaline pumping with water sport facilities, and an amusement park on the beach with go karts! There are also other more laid-back beach spots towards San Pedro de Alcantara. Marbella also offers shopping for those that love a good shopping trip! You’ll find a mixture of independent stores, luxury stores and Spanish high street brand such as Zara! If you are looking for the more upend stores, then head to Puerto Banus where you’ll find the more designer shops! In addition to shopping, Marbella also offers the opportunity to explore some cultural attractions such as the Bonsai museum, where you’ll find Bonsai trees from around the world, or the Ralli Museum where you’ll find contemporary art! And of course, you’ll find there are some wonderful golf courses in Marbella, so for those that love to play, don’t leave your clubs at home! Bring them along!

VILLA NOTES
Security deposit? €1,500 charged to client’s credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. Arrival time? 4-9 pm. Please note that arriving after 9 pm will incure a fee of €50. Departure time? 10 am. Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price. Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price. Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price. Pool towels included? Not available. End of stay cleaning included? Extra €400, paid to OT prior to arrival. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price. Minimum stay? 7 nights. All other durations on request. Changeover day? Saturday and Sunday. All other days on request. Pets welcome? Not permitted. Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted. Pool heating charge? A mandatory pool heating charge of €400/week will need to be paid to OT prior to travel (except during July & August when pool heating is not available). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures. Tax? Tourist Tax included in the rental price. Insurance? Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
