Three bedrooms are located on the lower level and have queen-size beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers. The fifth bedroom was recently added and is an apartment with a private entrance, kitchen, terrace, queen bed and ensuite bathroom.

A cinema room on the lower level offers an ideal spot for indoor entertainment next to the full bar with color-changing lights. A well-equipped fitness room completes the lower level, which opens to the deck and heated pool with jets. The fully air-conditioned house also has WiFi, beach accessories, parking, and U.S. and French satellite TV.

This luxury villa comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children 10 years and older..
