Housekeeping: Twice a day – regular cleaning and villa turndown included in the rate.
We follow a green program policy at the villa which suggests our guests to optimize the utilization of towels and linen, otherwise the changes can occur daily during service.
Garden service is performed 3 times a week and respects guests schedules.
Dedicated Villa Ambassador
We do have it included from the moment the villa is booked. To avoid conflict of interest, let us know how the pre arrival is done from the side of Villaway (if you have specific requirements)
Continental Breakfast included: Serviced at the Villa daily, for hot dishes or time preferences for breakfast setup, the guest will be invited to inform it to us the night before.
Access: Granted to all facilities following the hotel guidelines, times, etc.
