A beautiful and modern two-story 8-bedroom oceanfront villa with spectacular views of Minitas Beach and Bahia Minitas. The villa is divided into three main areas. The large living room sits in the middle of the house, great for family gatherings, the entertainment area where adults and kids play and the bedroom area. The two master suites are located on the top floor offering great views over their private balconies. The other four guest rooms are distributed on the top and ground floor. Each bedroom feature on-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. A games room for toddlers is also available as part of the villa amenities. The villa offers its own private beach and dock facility – ideal for early morning refreshing dips!
