BEACH DETAILS
The villas enjoy superb beach access. There are good beaches in Splitska (just below, 4 minutes’ drive downhill, walkable on nice footpaths leading down) and on the road to Supetar (11 minutes away) which has multiple beaches including beach clubs/bars. There is a marvellous selection of nearby beaches with easy bathing in Postira (8 minutes away). The piece de resistance is Lovrecina Beach (only 14 minutes away) – a beautiful, super sandy (rare in Croatia), long shall beach with beach bar and restaurant. Lovrecina is arguably the best beach on Brac – competing in beauty with Bol’s Zlatni Rat which is 35 minutes’ drive away.

LOCATION DETAILS
There is the historic port and stone-working city Pucisca, which also has great beaches and is located 18 minutes’ drive away.
The villas’ location on the northern coast of Brac is fortuitous – as the immediate area boasts a wealth of things to do and is the most accessible part of the island to Split, which is a 25-minute water taxi away. Nearby, the town of Supetar is the capital of the island, with the most shopping, hotels, restaurants and things to do (including bars and night life); the south side (with the exception of the resort and beach (Golden Horn) of Bol which is the island’s party / younger area) is less populated.
Brac has 25 well-maintained bike trails that together make up 1026 kilometres.
Brac Airport (Bol) is only 25 minutes away by car. The airport boasts substantial private jet traffic and several commercial routes in the season (Zagreb, Bolsano, Vienna). Pre-Covid, there was regular charter service from Graz, Klagenfurt, Ljubljana and Munich. Commercial airline service to Brac is anticipated to expand in next years as Split Airport is already over-subscribed in season.
Split is 20 minutes by water taxi from either Splitska or Supetar, or 50 minutes with ferry from Supetar. A car ferry goes almost every hour in summer season. A fast hydrofoil runs to Split from Sutivan (17 minutes’ drive) in the summer from 3-4 times a day and takes 25 minutes. Water taxis can be ordered throughout the season. Split has Croatia’s busiest airport, with direct flights from all over Europe, and a ferry service is slated to re-start in 2023 directly from the Airport’s water taxi drop-off to Brac.

Permanent service staff level is unique for villas on the island of Brac (and indeed rare on the Croatian coast).
The villas are staffed 24/7. Staff working hours are from 8:00 am till 01:00 pm. Exceptions can be made for special occasions.
NOTE:No pets allowed (For small animals, an exception might be made) although there is a dog on the property and a chicken coop (far away on an adjacent olive grove which is part of the property, providing fresh organic free-range eggs).
The rooms are non-smoking. We have designated smoking areas around the villas.
Weddings / Events accepted for a maximum of 50 people if both villas booked, 30 people if only one villa.
