On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen comes with all utensils and appliances, including a large refrigerator with freezer and icemaker, dishwasher, microwave oven, stove, oven, blender, kettle and coffee maker. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor. They have king-size beds (180 cm wide) and a private bathroom with a shower.  The rest of the four bedrooms are on the upper floor. Also, they all have private bathrooms and king-size beds. Besides, one of the bedrooms has an additional single bed.  Upper floor bedrooms have access to a large sunny terrace with views of the sea. This villa is fully air-conditioned. Free Wi-F Internet Access is available.  A gas grill and outdoor dining area are provided. No parties allowed. The Smart TV comes with satellite channels. Finally, at the property, the private parking for up to 5 cars is secured.  The beautiful beach is only 25 meters away. In the nearby area, you will find family-friendly beaches and beaches with lounge bars.
