Bedroom 2 is situated in a casita. Can be accessed through the courtyard. This charming space features a fireplace, kitchenette, HDTV and a comfortable Queen sized sleeper sofa with a gel mattress. The private bedroom within this casita is equipped with an upgraded California King bed, a walk in closet and its own en suite bathroom with a shower.

Suites 3 and 4 are located on the side of the home, from the Master bedroom. Each suite offers Queen beds, private en suite bathrooms and French doors leading to their front courtyard. 

Now lets head upstairs where you'll discover a gem within this house!This cozy loft features a Queen gel mattress sofa and a cozy sitting area, with a gas fireplace. It serves as a space where you can relax and unwind or provide sleeping arrangements for your guests. Step through the doors to find a second story balcony overlooking the charming front courtyard. The balcony is also equipped with a gas fire pit table. Cushioned seating options perfect for enjoying some relaxation.
