The fully fenced villa offers you an intimate holiday with family, friends and pets. In front of the villa there is an impressive-heated pool of 50 m2. Enjoy sunbathing on the deckchairs or spend unforgettable gatherings by the pool in the covered area at a table with ten seats. Prepare traditional Istrian dishes on the grill for the whole family.

The interior of the villa is modernly decorated. On the ground floor of the villa there is an open area with a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen where the whole family can participate in the preparation of meals, and a dining room with ten seats where you can spend time together. A separate toilet and the first bedroom with double beds and a private bathroom are located on the ground floor of the villa.

The remaining four bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms are located on the first floor. All bedrooms have TVs and air conditioners, ideal for a peaceful sleep and the desired rest. The bedrooms have access to the terrace of the villa, where you can enjoy morning coffee or a refreshing drink while admiring the beautiful view of untouched nature. Swimming pool heating is on request and charged additional 100€ per week.
