The double-height doors can be left ajar to enjoy a fresh, natural breeze, whilst upstairs on the mezzanine, a second sofa area offers the perfect place to relax with a book. A dining table sits in the adjacent space, whilst to the far end, a modern kitchen is well-equipped with open shelves and a polished concrete island that matches the floors throughout and creates a semi-industrial feel. A panel of windows frame views to the patio, whilst large sliding doors invite you to step out and dine alfresco. Outside, a timber veranda wraps around the villa, with stylish seating arranged beneath a rush canopy, perfect for sitting in the shade and soaking up the peaceful setting. Potted shrubs and olive shrubs decorate the edges, and guests can simply step off the platform to take a stroll through the surrounding cork forests. The private estate extends across 23 hectares, and guests can make use of a  wonderful infinity pool shared between two other neighbouring villas. Enjoy a swim in the peaceful setting, or unwind in a hammock and soak up the natural surroundings.
