Beaches Edge Estate have two villas that can be rented together to make 10 bedrooms or rented separately. this luxury villa has recently been upgraded to now offer an indoor air-conditioned gym, a larger new pool and expanded terrace that is ideal for entertaining guests for events and parties.

The terrace is the perfect area to sit back and relax while enjoying the comfortable lounging furniture and splendid views of the ocean. As you walk up the path by the lush gardens to the entrance of the property, you are greeted by the ocean views.

The great room is fully air-conditioned and features the dining and living area in an open plan style. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment to cook up your delicious meals and is also equipped to bring in a chef to cook for everyone. Our concierge can arrange this for you at an additional cost.

Guests love some alfresco dining with the villa offering a built in BBQ gas grill on the terrace and there is plenty seating outside for everyone to sit down together. The villa has 5 ensuite bedrooms in total.

Three of the bedrooms offer king size beds while the other two bedrooms offer 2 queen size beds. All the bedrooms provide air conditioning and private luxurious bathrooms and ocean views. You can control the AC unit from each individual room.

The 2 main master suites are located upstairs, on either side of the villa, and has floor to ceiling windows and a walk out balcony. The villa is only a short 2-minute walk down a footpath to a small secluded quite beach.

The villa is close to World class golf, tennis, snorkelling, boating and high end dining. It really is an excellent choice when staying on the island. The villa also features a jetted jacuzzi ideal for relaxing with a refreshing cocktail on those warm Caribbean evenings.
